imagine if china, while they’re up on the moon, decides to knock down the US flag or whatever just to say ‘screw you’ and its like, what are we gonna do? spend a couple million just to fly some craft up to the moon and re-erect the flag? the whole scenario would be petty and that’s hilarious

So I dyed my cats pink with leftover beet water. No regrets! <3 :D
I had to wash them because of some oil spill they had gotten into, and chose to use the beet water, which is perfectly safe. I had no idea it would really make them this pink.
In fifth grade we were making little clay statues and mine came out shitty so I left a big air pocket in it so it would explode when the teacher put it in the kiln and it exploded so hard it destroyed ten other kids’s statues and they were all on the verge of tears I thought it was really funny I still do
Never followed this couple, but this gif always breaks my heart. Because you watch it all unfold in heartbreaking detail…
The camera’s on them, she goes to look at him, expecting-anticipating his eyes will turn to find her, like she’s turning to find him. Then the realization hits, he’s completely preoccupied, and it’s not with her. And you see it wash over her face… she was thinking of him, but he wasn’t thinking of her.
I think a lot of girls can relate to how shitty that moment feels.
Exercise of the Day: Calf Raises
It’s important to strengthen your calves and ankles. We use them everyday when we walk, run, jump or play sports. They improve our mobility and performance. Having weak ankles and calves can lead to injuries such as ankle/calf sprains, ankle fractures or even damage to your achilles tendon.
Having strong ankles and calves are especially important for runners because it helps your foot push off when you run and your knee flexion when your leg swings.
Aim to strengthen them a few times a week by doing these 3 exercises:
- Basic Calf Raise
- Internal Rotation Calf Raise (toes pointed inward)
- External Rotation Calf Raise (toes pointed outward)
Do 20 reps of each exercise.
They are so easy that you can do them at home, work or the gym.
